It may not be possible to change the world in a day....but like every drop makes the ocean....every little thing that you do....is going to one day change the world!!

And the best place to start is ...WITHIN YOU!!.....The easiest person to start your work on is yourself.....cause you are easily available to your self...24/7!!

And no...changing yourself isnt a gigantic task....it can be one of the most enjoyable occupations!! .....

Start with the littlest....but the most significant question...DO YOU LOVE YOURSELF??...its a small question but can change your whole life..if you answer it honestly.

A lot of people today say that they love everyone else ... intensely, but they just cant love themselves.The problem is that most people dont realize that its impossible to love another if you dont first love yourself...cause you can't give another what you dont have!!...when you dont love yourself all you do is USE another person to satisfy your need to be loved...sad isnt it??!

I was prey to this vicious cycle ....that ended in failed relationships...again...an

d again. My world changed the day i realised that i would not be able to love anyone until i loved myself first..and so i started out on the journey to find myself...and to fall deeply and irrecoverably in love with myself.

Its a journey im glad i took...On a friend's advice..i started doing the 'Mirror exercise"...All that you have to do is look into the mirror and tell yourself out loud that you love yourself....simple...right??!

WRONG!!..it took me two whole days before i could even look into my eyes...and then another three days before i could tell myself that i love myself.

But since then the journey has been uphill...i REALLY love myself...a LOT!!..with all my flaws and strengths...i love myself totally.....and this has opened new doors....cause...today..im capable of loving another person...cause today i can share with them the love i have for myself!!...That is why Jesus said.."Love thy neighbor as thyself".

So today i invite all of you take a moment and answer this question honestly...."Do you love yourself?"

Whatever the answer may be...be strong and have courage. Nothing is impossible for the unlimited creation of God..that each one of you is....

Rise up.....and rediscover your perfection...your uniqueness..your potential.....LOVE YOURSELF...100%!!....and watch your world change!!
