Continuous activity has many advantages.
  • work gets done.
  • depending on the 'kind' of activity, you exercise...and therefore have a health advantage
  • the 'thinking' process takes a much needed rest!!
  • there is always something to do...( yes!..even if you have to wash the washed dishes...again!!)

BUT...eventually you have to sleep....hmmm...and then...when all that 'activity' ceases.....eeps!!!
The thinker awakens....SIGHHHHHH.

Maybe i should try yoga.
