Everything depends on my thinking. If I think in the right way I will be light. If I think in a wasteful way I'll be heavy. Waste thoughts are dangerous. They waste my time. They allow the past to come alive, then I forget the present and question the future.

If we just stop for a moment and take a look at what we are thinking about ,we will find that we are either lost in the past or...caught in the fretfulness of a morrow yet to come. We are all so caught up in the past and future that we have forgotten to live in the present...

It isnt surprising therefore that we see ourselves living the same mistakes over again...the same feelings...negativities...

we feel as if we are stuck in a rut. It is so because we have forgotten to 'create'...the present moment...

Every day we are gifted with 86400 (...umm forgive me if my math aint right!!)...moments...NEW moments....like a fresh, unwritten sheet of paper....

We can turn back the pages...and copy the same....we can turn to further pages and wonder what we shall write there....or...we can simply concentrate on the page at hand and work on 'creating' a masterpiece ...just on that one page.

Your life is your creation...your experience...you and ONLY you choose what you want to experience.....

So...start this very moment....live in just this moment...think of what you want for this single moment..create this moment...with love....joy...truth.....


....and...every moment, every day...will be a gift.
