I couldnt sleep last night....spent it tossing and turning...words spoken by a friend kept gnawing at my mind......and yes...it hurt.

ONLY you can allow someone to hurt you...cause you give another the power to hurt you when you choose to care for them..to love them.

Very often when you arent getting what you want...or when you are feeling blue...you try
to uplift yourself by scoring on someone you love...you know exactly what can hurt that person...so you aim your dart....and hit the heart.

That is the reason why very often you are hurt by the person you love or care about intensely. and vice versa too...its easy to throw the dart...and in time you may be able to remove that dart with a lot of gentle love and care....but however much you try you cant remove the HOLE the dart left behind. (....i learnt this important lesson from my friend Deepam)

Look around us..and you will see a lot of this dart throwing....more among persons who care deeply about each other. Human beings have this strange tendency to destroy what they love...and then love it all over again...sigh...

All of us are looking for LOVE , peace and wisdom...and when we lack we try to steal it from another...its easiest to steal it from the person we love..cause we know how exactly to do it!!...

You can put an end to this you know....when you realise that all the power you need.....is there within you...lying dormant for ages....all the love and happiness you are searching for is buried within you...in your divinity....

Re-charge your energy levels from the endless source....from the one who fills you to overflowing....GOD.

And....let this love overflow into the lives you touch.....
whoever said 'Life is a game'....needs to think again...Life is not a game...people around us are not the toys to satisfy our whims....
